Terms of Service

The rules for making and sharing Polar Bear 2026 videos

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Polar Bear 2026 at polarbear2026.app (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Kairo Studio Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

The Service lets you upload a photo, choose a template and a caption date, and receive a short, silent, AI-generated 9:16 video (about 10 seconds) for personal, non-commercial sharing, for example on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.

2. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use the Service and to make a purchase. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18. Our AI video provider requires every person who uses an app built on it to be an adult, so we cannot make exceptions, even with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

3. Price and payment

Each video costs US$2.99 (United States dollars), including any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout; we do not see or store your full card details. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

4. Photo rules

You may only upload:

  • a photo of yourself, your own pet, or a place or object you own; or
  • a photo of another adult who has given you permission to use it for this purpose.

You must not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, photos of anyone under 18, nudity or sexual content, violent or hateful content, or any photo you don’t have the right to use. You must not use the Service to create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate anyone, harass or bully anyone, or create content intended to mislead people about real events.

Before you upload, you give your explicit consent to the processing of the face in your photo as described in our Privacy Policy, and you confirm that every other adult shown has given the same consent.

We check uploads automatically and may refuse, stop or delete any job that appears to break these rules. If a job is refused or fails, you are refunded automatically. We may refuse service to anyone who repeatedly breaks these rules.

5. Your content and licence

You keep any rights you have in your photo. You give us a limited licence to process your photo and generated video only to provide the Service. You may use your generated video for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Polar Bear 2026 meme is a public internet trend; we do not claim to own it and are not affiliated with its creators.

6. AI output

Videos are created by third-party AI video models. Results can vary and may not look exactly like the preview or examples. If your video fails to generate, you are refunded automatically (see the Refund Policy).

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other consumer laws that cannot be excluded. If you are buying for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to the extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a video is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for how you or others use or share your video.

9. Reporting misuse

If you believe a video made with the Service uses your image without permission, email support@polarbear2026.app and we will investigate promptly.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
